Apple Bread

If you like apples and apples are in season, try making this desert. It is light and it goes well by itself or with some vanilla iceceam.

Ingridients:
  • 3-5 apples
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 suger
  • 1 cup flower
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tbsp vinegar

Instructions
  • Make the baking mix
    1. mix eggs and suger
    2. mix in baking soda and vinegar
    3. slowly add flower while mixing to avoid lumps
  • Prepare the baking pan
    1. butter up the pan
    2. sprinkle some flower all over the pan
    3. cut out apples hearts
    4. line up thin slices of apples in the pan
    5. evenly pour the baking mix over the apples
  • Bake
    • bake at 360-370 degrees until golden (about 20 minutes)
